The Sonceboz approach

Electronically controlled sensors and actuators provide a quicker and more precise control of the engine. Sonceboz offers brushless electrical actuators with high operating speeds and very precise positioning.

Integrating sensors or control electronics supports decentralised intelligence and helps on-board diagnostics systems (OBD) to monitor errors and failures. As ever more actuators are being integrated into the engines, our mechatronic solutions must be compact and sometimes be direct drive to facilitate an optimal design of the engine block.

Our solutions

Recirculation of exhaust gases

The aim is to reduce the production of NOx by internal combustion engines. To ensure this, the solution consists of redirecting part of the exhaust gases into the intake manifold.

Turbo
