SONCEBOZ expands its hybrid stepper product range by launching an intelligent stepper motor with integrated cost-effective encoder.
This complete system features a standard robust hydrid stepper motor and an encapsulated magnetic rotary encoder. The encoder is compatible with all Nema 17-23

and allows the system to be extremely compact: >20% size reduction compared to optical encoder solution.
The embedded intelligence allows permanent and precise angle sensing. Due to high level of components integration the niw hybrid stepper motor is a cost-effective solution (less cabling). Moreover it is maintenance free due to robust and long-life encoder solution.
This intelligent motor can operate into a large temperature range[-40°C; +110°C] and present a high resistance to harsh environments.
