New hybrid stepper 6600 automotive
Based on the technology of the hybrid stepper motor this new “6600 automotive” motor is specially designed for applications operating in harsh environments. It can withstand strong vibrations (standard ISO 16750-3) and run in a wide range of temperatures: from -40° to +105°C.
Thanks to its efficient magnetic structure, the new “6600 automotive” motor offers a static torque of up to 0.9 Nm. The power supplied, therefore, is contained within a compact motor which is 57 mm in diameter.
This reluctant polarised motor features a robust design and offers a resolution of 1.8° without reducer and an accuracy of ± 5%. Special versions can be produced according to the customer’s specifications.
When low speed torque, positioning stiffness and precision are the key factors when choosing a motor, this hybrid model offers the best value for money. Its fully automatic assembly ensures a high quality finish, hence an outstanding level of ppm. All of these advantages make it ideal for use in cars, trucks and off-road vehicles for drive and positioning applications.
