Selection process

Candidates selection is based on the following steps:

  • Curriculum Vitae with picture, handwritten motivation letter. A phone conversation may follow up to deepen motivations.
  • 1st step: 2 “HR” and 2 “operational” appointments
  • 2nd step: Assessment Center (depending on the job level).
